Request A Library Barcode

If you are a distance education student, please request a library
barcode/keytag by sending an email with your name, address, and phone number
to:
Once your email is received, library staff will verify that you are
enrolled in a distance education class.
A keytag with your personal barcode number will then be mailed to the
address you have provided in your email.
(Your phone number will be used to contact you only in the event that we
have a question.) Please allow 7-10
days to receive the keytag. If you have
not received the keytag/barcode by that time, please contact library at the
above email address or call 740-264-5591 x153.
